Car illegally parks in front of school gates on pavement despite being spoken too by local Police and teachers. He's even blocking the staff car park which has Yellow Zig-Zags in front of it!

OK, no-one was injured but the guy driving was just so thoughtless about his actions and the impact on those around him.
He was desperate to get in front of the little cyclist - as they all are - then immediately hammered on the brakes to let a schoolkid cross the road. Moments later, slammed on the brakes again to drop his own kid off, on yellow zigzag lines, regardless of the car right behind him. Followed by a U turn in the next side road.
Wally drivers like this cause accidents and p1ss other people off.

On the morning of 11 January I found a note left on the windscreen of my car which was parked on Churchill Road, South Croydon. The note read: "A van, reg no RJ14 WWC, bumped your front bumper when parking, but didn't check for any damage." There was no damage, but that's not really the point.
