Hogging the outside lane of the A27. Speeding up and slowing down and speeding up and slowing down. Thought he might be drunk at one point.
After 10 minutes of keeping my distance and waiting, with the inside lane empty, gave him a little flash (shock horror!) and his response was to slam his brakes on so hard that he locked up his rear wheels - with smoke - in the outside lane of the A27.
This guy needs his license taking away.
Just need to get the video off my dash cam and send it to the police.

This driver clearly has a problem driving his car 100% I witnessed this man 360 spin his car over an old man then hitting a ramp at 98mph throwing it 45 foot in the air and clearing me and 7 other cars then opening his window withdrawing a double barrel shotgun shooting the traffic lights clean away then wheelspining away 10/10 would recommend for the next kfc floor cleaner
