To answer the questions here as I posted the video:
1) Passenger did the filming.
2) This was 2 lane road with 60mph limit. I was in right lane as was about to take third exit on roundabout.
Finally, NOTHING gives you the right to drive so dangerously close to another car. If I even braked slightly, a major crash would have happened as both cars were driving at 60mph.
This guy is a moron, he can easily overtake if he's not happy at my speed but he chose to bully/intimidate instead - it didn't work.

You appear to be driving in the middle lane which is an overtaking lane. Once you've overtaken the vehicle on the inside lane you're supposed to pull back in So whose the moron?

Report yourself to the police while you're at it because you are just as much in the wrong for staying in the overtaking lane when not overtaking.
