Clip 3: Seems there was a previous altercation. Possibly the driver didn't like the rider filtering and decided to do the same, despite the obvious differences in carriage type. The driver was effectively under-taking the rider, getting far too close, and it all looks deliberate. Driver then appears to commit several crimes including (but not limited to) attempted robbery, criminal damage and also a public order offense. The only problem there is the name-calling..the police might say that in itself was a form of provocation and as such the case should be dismissed. This is why it's important to try and keep your cool - by losing it you are playing by their rules. I still think the driver was being a complete cunt and he's also lucky he didn't end up with a busted face..I don't think you'd have gone to jail for it because it would have been self-defense.
Clip 1: Rider, you are fucking prick waiting to get hit. Slow down. Chilld down. And keep your fists away from people's property unless you have no other choice - you had EVERY choice here. Your actions were needlessly aggressive, confrontational and violent. You wouldn't last long in Britain with the smaller roads. You have ALL that space and you could have gone into the other lane and thought oh well, it's just one of those things, but no; instead you have to be a complete asshole to a lone woman who may have made a mistake. Doesn't have to be this way - all it takes is for you to grow up..
Both drivers are at at fault here..
