You have been reported to the police. Winchester Road from Blaby to Countesthorpe is not your private race track. The car you overtook was driving perfectly sensibly, slowing down for the speedramp as you enter the 30 zone. I'm hoping the footage from this vehicle will be accepted as evidence against you. The road is used by others, including cyclists, horse riders, residents pulling on and off driveways, and you cannot keep driving like that. Someone, hopefully just you, is going to get killed because of your sheer lunacy on the roads.

It's alright Ashley saying avoid.. sometimes you don't have a choice. Some people are prone to crap driving and using violence for the sake of it. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst I say.
