Parked far too close, how they even got out the car is a mystery, took me about 5 minutes to get back in mine.

He narrowly misses you in busy traffic, he has earphones in, he has two phones on the go (not sure about the third) and there is a stationary police van 2 50 metres in front. Why on earth would you not report him!

Yeah thats right a law onto themselves are taxi drivers totally agree if we park up in the taxi ranks they scream blue murder at you and take your photo and then report you to the police so nothing more than grasses
