The older guy needs to think about his driving and whether he should still be on the road. But, the woman should be ashamed of herself! Absolutely no excuse for her awful behaviour.

Saw it, was parked in road when there were plenty of parking spaces. Cars could not get out of spaces !! Blind or mentally defective, was going to post here myself...
