This fat useless driver can't drive to save his life! Doesn't know how to indicate at all. Almost went into the back of him because he braked so harshly on the A406 but nothing was infront of him?

Pretty certain the fiesta isn't in the wrong, if you are turning, you're allowed to enter the yellow box. If you are going straight on at a junction, then you aren't allowed to enter the yellow box. So the guy in his fiesta is well within his rights. As is the "non-camera" cyclist who is in the cycle lane section of the road

You can only enter a box junction if your exit is clear. You can wait in a box junction if turning right but this is only whilst waiting for a gap in oncoming traffic and again your exit must be clear.
