Don't take this the wrong way, but, be careful when trying to have a word to these people. There's plenty of YouTube videos of cyclists getting gubbed for trying to talk to bad drivers, who turn out to be psychos.

Tailgating cars in front, constantly hanging on their shoulder despite people doing the limit in an average speed zone.
Soon as the road opens up they go for it, must now be doing 50 in a 40 only to then take a left turn up to Lancs Uni about 1-200 yards after overtaking a car.

Lane hogging mongoloid, straddles the left lane of a motorway AND her exit for the whole length of the slip lane then sits in the RH lane. Dawdles through lights/junctions in the RH lane going slower than the other lanes. Refuses to merge into the large open gap, but then gets arsey when others do?!
No surprise it's a bad-haircut, bad-makeup, ugly nails angry hag writhing in her seat when I roll past her as she finally moved left 😂

Goes the rat run way to bypass traffic on the A6 near Hala except they go sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow!
As they join Barton Rd they don't bother to indicate.
Would've been quicker for them to stay on the A6 instead of holding everyone else up.

From what I saw he didn't make you change speed or direction and if he hadn't of parked up you wouldn't have caught him.
I personally think you're a muppet for going back and being the antagonist.
For every bad cyclist there's a bad motorist and for every bad motorist there's an arrogant cyclist who thinks they have equal right to the road.
Pay tax, pay tax on petrol, have insurance, an MOT, don't run red lights and maybe motorists will have some sympathy with what is YOUR choice to be a cyclist on something designed for cars, not designed for bikes.
