Parked fully on a pavement, empty car forcing pedestrians into a busy road at a busy petrol station. Told me to piss off when I pointed out I had a buggy and three dogs so getting past him wasn't that straightforward. Nothing behind him, could easily have parked leaving the pavement clear.
