Saw this van soany times as it's speed was up & down like a yo-yo & sat constantly in the middle lane from the M74, down the M6 & also on the A1 on the other side of the A66.
Totally unable to grasp that the left lane is there for a reason, even with vehicles undertaking him!

Driver joined A38, straight into lane 2 and tailgating the van Infront. Dangerously tried to undertake with a slip road joining and almost caused a crash. Continued to undertake cars and speed during rush hour. Pointless and dangerous.
