A female speeds in a 20 zone tailgating and I could see the evil glare she projected towards me for not going faster. Her hand also moved - looked like it might have been a gesture of rage. Turned off into Penrhyn Road.

Numerous times recently I have witnessed this vehicle speeding towards me when there is nothing else on his side of the road going unusually fast - it was the speed he came towards me which made me note his registration details and this happened numerous times this week.
Today however I was going in the same direction but there were two lanes and until he caught up with traffic ahead he certainly went rather fast and shot past me, so it is obvious when he has a clear road (or a clear lane) ahead he will not keep to the speed limit.
I witnessed these incidents around Lancaster, Torrisholme and Bare areas this week.

Very unsafe driving with very little care for road rules. Excessive speeding and overtaking when there is simply no gap in front, nor in the oncoming lane: decided to overtake on a single carriageway when an ambulance with blues was coming head on! Should have his license revoked immediately
