Dave Rodgers who works for DHL as a Drayman doesn't know how to use a give way under a railway bridge in Wigan. This was taken on the afternoon of Wednesday 29th July 2020.
Dave also runs a kennel called Belushi Bulldogs and judges at Dogs Shows.

This supposedly drunken b@st@rd was speeding from The Shrimp roundabout to the traffic lights by White Lund doing about 60 mph in a built up area (30 mph), tailgates traffic and then turns into Glentworth Road West.
While traffic continued on Westgate at 30 mph he went faster along Glentworth Road West at about 40 mph in a 20 mph zone and parked at The William Mitchell pub.
This drunken b@st@rd will cause a serious accident shortly.
If he was breathalysed I wouldn’t be surprised if his reading is about 100 with the legal limit beings 35

This driver is extremely immature, thought it was hilarious to cut off a young driver not once but 4 times. People like this shouldn’t be our on the roads.
