Did a u turn in front of me, pulls back out in front of me forcing me to brake, hard. Then drives deliberatly slowly at 40 mph in 60mph limit. Female drive then has the cheek to give me the fingers! Warning to other road users!

Late at night driving, was doing 15 in a 30 and kept erratically braking. My guess is intoxication but I don't know. Didn't know where we he wanted to be on the road and kept zigzagging slowly

Just watched this guy try to get into his car and because hes a bit fat he couldn't fit in with the gap between the car on the drivers side so he gets in the car via passenger side then opens the driver door and starts slamming it against the car next to his.
