Dangerous, inconsiderate and in need of psychiatric assistance! Deliberately slowing while overtaking an hgv to cause alarm in following car. Vigorous use of hand signals and offence taken at having similar returned. Stopped his vehicle causing a dangerous line of traffic at roadworks to threaten the driver behind. Bottled it on seeing me close up, all this with a small child in the passenger seat. Danger to himself, the child and other road users.

This idiot was driving with a large ski bag hanging out of his boot, almost caused an accident on the Motorway. If that wasn't enough he then began to throw Mcdonalds wrappers out of his window. A very dangerous driver!
