Vigorous use of hand signals and offence taken at having similar returned. Stopped his vehicle causing a dangerous line of traffic at roadworks to threaten the driver behind. Bottled it on seeing me close up, all this with a small child in the passenger seat. Danger to himself, the child and other road users.

Driving along M74 in middle lane, way below speed limit while TEXTING on his phone, head down, eyes off the road for more than 20 seconds. I peeped to draw his attention - looked up startled, obviously annoyed, later drove past, peeped at me - It's against the law, you tool, and what's more - DANGEROUS driving.
