Driving along M74 in middle lane, way below speed limit while TEXTING on his phone, head down, eyes off the road for more than 20 seconds. I peeped to draw his attention - looked up startled, obviously annoyed, later drove past, peeped at me - It's against the law, you tool, and what's more - DANGEROUS driving.

This female driver is excellent. Waited patiently near Selby leaving a nice lengthy gap on a narrow road behind me (cycling) for a few hundred yards and once it was clear and she overtook, she followed rule 163 and left me plenty of room. Probably the best driver I've dealt with this year!
