I, a motorcyclist, was already parked in the bay, with another parked vehicle in front stopping me from moving any further forward. He proceeds to attempt to parallel park with the car in front, almost hitting me. Another car driver (seen at the side of him in the picture) beeped at him, as did I, to warn him as he wasn't paying attention. Separately, a pedestrian also came over to tell him off.
If he isn't able to pay attention and is going to put people's lives at risk, he shouldn't be driving.
This car was not only on the pavement, but was also blocking the dropped kerb so that a wheelchair user had to instead use the road to get onto the pavement.
