This male driver needs to learn pedestrians have right of way when they're already crossing a side road. In fact, it wasn't a side road was but access across the pedestrian footpath leading to the Hull Lidl car park. Yes, it's still a footpath! Came from behind me... and if I hadn't have jumped a step back he would have hit me. Should be made to retake his test, if he passed it in the first place.

When you're in the right lane where Dana's car wash was & the lights are on red but the left lane lights are on green that doesn't mean you're good to drive through your RED lights because there may be traffic coming through from Parliament St.
