Shouting abuse at a man vloging whilst pushing a pram.
Driving at him in a threatening way trying to and threatening to hit him and run him and his child over with his vehicle.
Threatening to hurt him and his family at a future time whenever he sees him about.
Threatening that the next time he sees him to come up behind him on the pavement an cause physical harm him and his child.
The driver (old over weight man, white hair) needs taking off the road and locking up.
