We were behind this driver on the A1 on Monday, 18th February.The driver overtook us then immediately pulled in in front and slowed down. We tried to overtake but every time we did they started to speed up so that we couldn't pass, then would speed up so that they pulled away from us, then slowed down again. Again, when we tried to pass they increased their speed again so that we have to pull back in. They then did this to another car who tried to overtake them from behind us. All the time this was happening the driver was using a vape and clouds of smoke was coming from the window.

All most clipped the front of my car overtaking in a 30 zone so they could go above the speed limit.
