Wilmslow Road, Rusholme, Manchester. Today (3/11/10) about 3:15pm. The parking and driving here is pretty poor at the best of times. But this takes it to a whole new level.

If you're going to park over 2 spaces then do it in a normal space and not parent and baby spaces! These spaces are hard to get at the best of times without idiots like this parking like a total moron. The best of it is she didn't even have a child with her. Some old woman with her wee dog thinking it's ok to be a total idiot.
