Mitsubishi L200 Warrior stamped up Titan on the paint work driving past Sainsbury's & fire station in Lancs even though this twat shouldn't be on the road with his lack of MOT. As he drives past me I can clearly see he's pissing about on his mobile phone.
Hopefully calling his local MOT centre although on a Sunday I doubt it.

Fool took offence to the cam car using the lane correctly. In case anyone didn't know, out of hours, then anyone can use the lane.
