i was driving behind an idiot in harrow who stops his car on a single lane to talk to a pedestrian. he then swears at me at drives at 5 mph (knowing i can't overtake him). half a mile later, this idiot stops his car in the middle of the road (again), gets out and threatens to beat me up (and to stop following him). i was going the same way.
this old fart takes nine attempts to park a small kia in a space big enough for a bus. mounted the curb four times, and required help to even park. this man needs his licence taken away.
When pulling out onto a 50mph road, you probably shouldn't glance at the approaching vehicles then just pull out and hope for the best, forcing them to slam their breaks on.
