The driver pulled out in front of me heading towards Newport when he should have given way to on coming traffic. I had to hit my brakes to avoid a collision. Then whilst in Newport centre he goes round a roundabout on the outside lane when he should have been on the inside right lane to go right. Luckily the driver behind him wasnt near or there would have been a collision too!!

Parks in my private parking spot behind flats that I live in. Does this 2-3 times a week. Should be parking by the main road but instead parks in my space, so close to my bins that I can't reach them.
