Pulled out onto busy road in front of my car causing me the swerve then driver proceeded to speed past me sticking his fingers up at me. Then speeded the whole way down the felling bypass.

The driver of this vehicle obviously thought that he was too important to have to queue up with everyone else at the motorway roundabout, so he arrogantly and illegally utilised the multi-occupancy lane, which is intended for use only by vehicles carrying 2 or more persons.
The rules would appear to apply to everyone but this selfish moron.
And as if not being able to count up to 2 wasn't an adequate demonstration of this driver's stupidity, he actually committed the offence in a cabriolet WITH THE ROOF DOWN. That's about the equivalent of shoplifting wearing a bright yellow T-shirt with t he words "Look at me, I'm a thief" emblazoned across the front and back!
