The driver of this vehicle is a scammer, he uses a story about his father being in hospital and having run out of fuel. He was in Tesco extra Stretford on Friday 25th Nov 2016 collecting money off vulnerable good willing people, shame on him. White male, late 50's, fair to graying hair, wearing an England football shirt and pale blue jeans and trainers.

Absolutely poor driving, premier taxi I believe that had atleast 4 passengers, was accelerating then braking hard and swerving over the white lines, every 500 yards or so, also had a brake light out.
