Manic delivery driver - pulled off without noticing a traffic cone (which was marking off a deep pothole), stopped to throw the smashed remnants of the cone on the pavement (leaving pothole totally exposed), then roared off tailgating a small car.

No interest in sticking to their side of the road, rolling around a car pack without looking where they're going.

Person cannot drive constantly overtakes towards oncoming traffic. I have also witnessed him attempt a number of poor handbrake turns in Tesco car park while there are underage females in his car. I also think he is the only person who thinks his exhaust sounds cool
