First off he failed to give way at COWGATE roundabout
Secondly he had a passenger in his cab
Third he stopped DEAD in the middle of the road (Yellow box)
Fourth he mouthed F*** OFF to the camera car
Then he decided to point two thumbs up as an insult
BUT take a look at the advertisement on his taxi
