Crazy driver, nearly knocked me over and I was only in my electric mobility scooter.

1/9/16 the driver of vehicle SH08 LWS was sat at the traffic lights at the newbridge roundabout in edinburgh, as i pulled up next to him he was on his phone with his right hand and a joint in his left hand, if you see this vehicle a white citreon berlingo then be carefull as he might be under the influence of drugs.
