My co worker ID him at the police station he has quite the history of thefts could be found away for quite some time. He was in his 40s and bald.

Saw a woman driving this car with three children in the open boot. Reckless and illegal! Not to mention lack of concern to the children in the boot. If you see her give it lots of space especially if she is doing the same again with the children in the boot.
