Agreed they should be better than your average driver
Best option is to report each offence to the local council taxi licensing office - they do keep records, they do call in taxi drivers when needed and they do revoke taxi licenses
Dangerous prick, looks & sounds mentally unhinged. Needs taking off the roads asap.
