This person was approaching a mini- roundabout in Islington - to turn right he drove the wrong way round it and drove up the wrong side of the road (where I was on a bike) forcing me to take evasive action. He then mounted a traffic island to get onto the right side of the road. He didn't slow down or apologise. Incredibly dangerous driving.

No excuse for this dangerous overtake, there were no oncoming vehicles so plenty of space to pass safely. The PCO made the driver aware of the complaint.
