Probably traveller scumbags. Such individuals inflict their evils of inferiority into society for others to pay the price. Each one of them is nothing more than a Controlling Unscrupulous Narcissistic Thug.
Also, had there been a crash would the driver pulling out be written up for not checking their exit properly?
Note: I am NOT trying to absolve the over-taker.
As an aside, I had a similar thing done to me the other day, the over-taker shot past as i was turning right at a junction causing me to slam on. However instead of saying sorry they tried to goad me into a fight, then brake check even though I was a safe distance away, then stop without warning and block the road. Finally they tried to ram their car into me when i tried to ride past. I got the reg. Can understand mistakes which we all make but some people it seems should not be on the road..
