Blocked green light when he decided to pick up someone at junction, tried to drive off before she was in car almost turning her ankle. Then as traffic started moving accross him from other side drove forward and almost caused a pileup. eventually sped off through red lights

Some shops have car parking space outside the front on a forecourt but to park here vehicles have to cross the pavement.
This vehicle was parked on a forecourt and the driver was waiting to turn off the forecourt over the pavement and right onto the far side of the main road.
The traffic lights nearby turned red and when traffic stopped the driver accelerated aggressively off the forecourt showing no consideration for nearby pedestrians, and then went through the red light towards Lytham before traffic started the other way.
Pedestrians have a right to the pavement before vehicles, and to jump a red light in this manner means this driver is typically perverted. He could have got to the other side without pushing his way about and waited until the lights changed to green again without having to be aggressive with his driving.
Power in the hands of the perverted breeds danger.
