Love the negative comments on this by really bitter and twisted people. Just shows the scum of andover really. I'm ashamed to say I was born here . I've never heard of one issue with this gentleman apart from him using his tank. And from what I've seen it's always been for charity events and school fetes and so on .oooo well just shows how pathetic my home town really is.

I was waiting behind a cyclist as it wasn't safe to overtake on the blind crest which we were approaching. This driver came up behind me, waited a moment, then when it realised I wasn't going to overtake, they decided to pull out with no view of the road ahead. As it came over the crest, 2 cars were travelling towards us and the first car, a Golf, was force into the verge to avoid a collision. This driver made no attempt to stop and check everyone was ok. This all happened on a 60 mph road.
