Cannot drive to save his life. Cant maintain speed and constantly slams on the breaks. Caused tailbacks of about a mile!

I ordered this taxi driver and he shourmted at me for slamming the door although i did not then he drove fast and past 5 red lights and when i left he started ahouting again saying i want 5 stars

This roadrunner completely disregards road rules - especially road safety rules.
She has been seen parking on the yellow zigzags outside Kettins Primary school on 2 occassions in past 7 days. Reverses without looking and nearly missing other drivers who are already in the middle of a manouvre and also does not give way to oncommming traffic but attempts to drive head on into them forcing cars to move onto the kerb to avoid a collission. OUTSIDE A SCHOOL in a 20 mph zone!

Walking the dog today, late afternoon in Kirkliston, West Lothian.
Main road (single carriageway), busy at this time, 20mph zone as it's outside a primary school.
Driver of this car was excessively exceeding the speed limit and overtook another car on a left hand bend outside the school. Must have had a restricted view of the road ahead as there is a right hand bend ahead. So two blind bends!
Potentially endangered other drivers and pedestrians. Very lucky there were no on-coming cars.
Wish I had my phone camera ready to illustrate just how dangerous and irresponsible this manoeuvre was.
