This idiot was speeding on 25mph road next to a primary school, not only that he narrowly missed a taxi driver and proceed to shout and swear as he was driver away. He then made a U-turn came back and stoped the car in the middle of the road and proceed to shout and swear again while threatening to report em' on the taxi company. While he was being an obnoxious prick his wife stepped out..and well the best I can describe is that she looked like cow with 9 different chins, each chin having its own climate and Civilization.
