Cut me up then brake-tested me after objecting to my horn to warn him/her they were about to hit me. Thankfully only on a 30mph road so easy to stop.

Saw this prat pull out in front of a green mini which had to swerve into r/hand lane to avoid collision. 4x4 BMW driver was on her phone!
