Threatening, aggressive nasty driving towards pedestrians. Waited till I was walking across junction and came flying at me narrowly missing me. That was after I had to stop because he was approaching too fast. I had already set off to cross. Didn't see the coward's face, it was very dark. Small white estate van, Dunfermline 4/1/17 about 17-20 hrs East Port and James St junction. No photos.. too sudden. Watch out for this clown if you're a pedestrian. Vehicle registered in Edinburgh.
