Female driver. She passed my really close on a narrow country road in the dark. I caught up to her and challenged. She said "I didn't see you" in the most couldn't-give-a-damn-about-your-safety tone and wound the window back up. Then repeated with a beep just minutes later. I was using not one but two flashing rear lights and a high vis jacket.
Not Edinburgh but Leeds area.

I regularly see this car driving around Holbeck, Leeds, as I live there. This car is a red Toyota rav4 driven by a small old man. I regularly see the driver of this car, walking to the pub as I live near the pub. I see thos man going to the pub regularly ,so he must have lots of friends or he is a beer connoisseur. This man is a very good driver even and he lets people pull out. As I am a retired 75 year old driver.
