The issue here is a driver leaving his car unattended for a period of time, parked on the 'road' at a junction. Unless you of course approve of such action? Which your reaction suggests you may.

Owner left this car on the street for 2+ weeks after being seen walking away with a rucksack. Neighbours suspected he could be lost in the hills. Police alerted after 2 weeks and he then quickly appeared to recover his car, abusing a neighbour who made polite inquiry about car. Hope you get really lost in the hills next time.
