Video shows nothing against the taxi driver.
However I suspect the driver of the other car was filming this on their mobile phone based on:
- Inability to focus on the taxi.
- Portrait mode - easier to hold one handed.
- No driver-passenger conversation.
- Angle of filming.

This nasty impatient driver thinks its ok to sound the horn at a student driver who only stalled once and before the engine automatically restarted sounded the horn, it was only a few seconds and didn't deserve a horn blast. To add insult there was a traffic queue 50 meters ahead which made this Porsche driver need to stop again anyway.

In the first clip I think the dashcammer is also a danger. They shouldn't be tail-gating and acting aggressively - they made the situation worse.
