A few weeks ago I saw a dodgy looking guy get out of this car on a quiet road, and plant something in the hedge. I was concerned in case it was an animal. He then saw me staring, retrieved it and drove off. I couldn't see what it was, but definitely not an animal! He parked up round the corner, and came back to see what I was doing. Drugs??? No evidence, so I didn't bother reporting him. In fact I legged it!
