This happened on the M8 outside Glasgow. The 3rd lane had signs noting it would be closed due to roadworks.
This older guy started with just inconveniencing traffic at about the 800 yard mark til the 3rd lane was closed: he sat his land rover in the centre of the 2nd and 3rd lanes while leaning out the window into the 3rd lane, shouting, screaming and swearing at traffic behind him/ trying to pass him.
At about the 600 yard mark he changed tactics and got genuinely dangerous. He pulled back fully into the 2nd lane and whenever a car drove in the 3rd lane, this guy waited until they got close and then swerved violently in front of them. The speed differential was about 50mph by this point, as traffic was moving slowly in the 2nd lane. He nearly caused several accidents as cars using the 3rd lane had to suddenly break and swerve to avoid him; a few cars almost hit him, and a couple nearly swerved into the centre of the motorway.

This person seems to enjoy parking ON junctions. Seen them get out and run to the school behind me so I got a picture of their car. Looks like they forgot their dunces hat in their car.

This driver was stopped at a red light, with traffic in front blocking the junction.
When this cleared he went through this red light despite being entirely behind the line
