i have seen two bmw Z4 cars side by side with this exact number plate. one was dark blue and one was silver. the owner of the vehicle does this, so he can have 2 cars but only pay for one. the police have been informed and the owner of the car is currently wanted be the police

Swerved from the far right lane to the left in one move on the m25 whilst on the phone with a fag in his mouth. And when i beeped him he proceeded to flick the fag at my motor whilst laughing to himself.
