A female speeds in a 20 zone tailgating and I could see the evil glare she projected towards me for not going faster. Her hand also moved - looked like it might have been a gesture of rage. Turned off into Penrhyn Road.

Very unsafe driving with very little care for road rules. Excessive speeding and overtaking when there is simply no gap in front, nor in the oncoming lane: decided to overtake on a single carriageway when an ambulance with blues was coming head on! Should have his license revoked immediately

You are driving too slow! Maybe if you remove them lowering springs, your wheels wont rub on the arches and you can drive normally
