Dangerous driving went through a red light caused a car to start. Carried on doing 70mph in a 30mph then doing harsh breaking in front of me. Very scary

This man held me up with his gracious and well kept beard. It reflected the sunlight into my eyes and I then bounced off a kerb due to lack of vision.

Overtook my van on Whalley road Clitheroe in a 30mph zone,must have been doing 50-60 mph.Overtook another car into oncoming traffic.Either a drink driver or a boy racer or both.Bloody idiot.
