'From the video footage' the white ford driver seems to be driving reasonably in what looks like a very tight car park. It seems to be the Volvo estate in front of it that was more unreasonable hogging all the space that prevented you from moving.

He did no wrong leave the poor man alone, this car park in tooting is tight to say the least. He did no different than the Volvo infront of him, just because he shook his head at you because you didn't give him way. You are a cyber bully picking on a defenceless old man. Grow up. It's great having a dash cam, we can't see your fails yet you can point out the worlds.

Not all drivers surely?
That particular section looks awful. The cycle lane is on an apex, through a narrowing. Incredibly dangerous because some drivers will mis-judge the distance and assume it's safe to pass as there's a cyle lane, even though there isn't enough room to pass and even though its a designated pinch point (pedestrian island). In situations like this it's better to try and take the lane aka primary, where possible.
