Obsessed White Van Man speeder and tailgater up the backsides I’d the vehicle in front, aggressive overtaking and excessive speeding where possible. Only got two vehicles in front between Windy Harbour and Kepple Lane. Out of all vehicles most were spaced reasonably except him. I felt sorry for the vehicle three in front of me who had to put up with all his tailgating. Probably a Garstang bigot.

this guy man, went down co op to get my scarf then boom dude pulls on the pavement yeah the pavement outside co op then walks in like nothing happened and seen his zooming off with my scarf, wasteman honestly deserves to be locked up

Absolute bell-end deciding to put others lives at risk at The Triangle shopping centre in Brackla, South Wales. Drove at high speed into a large hatched area provided for emergency vehicles, just avoiding a family, just because he couldn't be bothered looking for an actual space. When approached and questioned, the very small, weedy-looking, greasy-haired individual decided to get very aggressive, telling people that he "knew the rules of the road", but he "chose to ignore them". Seemed very agitated and could hardly speak...although that may have been his accent. His rather rotund friend didn't help his cause either.
Anyway...the good thing is that with driving like that, he won't be causing problems on the roads much longer.
Actually...he reminded me of Jim Carrey's character in Dumb and Dumber...except this chump would have played DumbEST!

Speeding like crazy on the A414 and weaving in and out of traffic. Undertaking and cutting into traffic leaving inches between cars. Sitting right up the arse of cars and revving in traffic. Also went into the complete wrong lane at the roundabout and cut up a car going round the roundabout forcing them to break hard
