Apparent claims this car was stolen, and see driving around several areas of Tipton (including Bloomfield Road and Victoria Park aka 'Tipton Triangle') and Great Bridge for several days. This is your "local" policing folks.. don't come out and when they do it's as a last resort. Meanwhile the scum of the earth think they can do what they like. Ask Tipton people; they will tell you what it's like around here.

Driver has one hell of a good temper, whilst having an idiot screaming in his face at Costco (ML11XCE) he remained in his car without smacking this wee prick! Good on you big man for keeping calm, hope you have it all on dash cam 👍🏼👍🏼

Moron in a crap Ford Transit with electrical problems. Only had one headlight working and also only one tail light. Indicators don't work either - the sole rear light flashes instead.
Tailgated me for miles. This moron isn't a good driver. He attempted to overtake me when cars are coming the other way. Eventually overtook me on approach to traffic lights in a 30mph zone. He gestured to me as he passed; I believe he wanted to fight as I wasn't going fast enough for him.
